Frequently Asked Questions
Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions
What services do you offer?
We offer variety of services including chrome deletes, roof wraps, partial wraps, decals and more. To view our full list of services visit our services page.
Is mobile install as good as a shop install?
Our mobile setup follows the same prep, installation techniques, and quality standards used in a professional shop. Having worked in a shop environment for years, we approach every mobile install with the same care, tools, and attention to detail — and only take on projects that are a good fit for mobile installation.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different, and installation time can vary based on vehicle type, design complexity, and condition. The timelines below are general estimates to help guide your decision:
-
Chrome deletes: 1–2 days
-
Decals / accents: 1 day
-
Hood wrap: 1 day
-
Roof wrap: 1 day
-
Partial wrap: 2 days
How does mobile car wrapping work?
It’s simple! Reach out to us with details about your project and we’ll confirm whether your driveway or garage is suitable for the install. Once booked, a deposit is taken to secure your spot, and we come to you on the day of your appointment to complete the work. Final payment is collected once the job is finished, and any required paperwork can be completed digitally or in person.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and the agreed-upon work area, you don’t need to be home for the entire install. We’ll coordinate all details ahead of time to make the process smooth and stress-free.
What brands do you use?
We work with high-quality, industry-trusted materials to ensure a durable, professional finish on every project. Some of the brands we use include 3M, Avery Dennison, and Metamark, selected based on the needs of each job and the best outcome for the final product.
Do I need to have a garage? Can you wrap in my driveway?
For smaller projects, a driveway may be suitable weather permitting. We’re unable to work in rain or heavy wind. Garages must provide enough space to move around the vehicle and open the doors to ensure a proper install.
How long do wraps last
We recommend 5-7 years. While wraps can stay on for longer, removing them within this time frame helps prevent damage to the paint underneath.
Can you wrap over rust and paint damage?
We cannot guarantee work done over damaged body and paint. We can offer some solutions to make your project possible.
Will the wrap damage my car?
While wrapping is never risk free, quality vinyl wraps are designed to be safe for factory paint when properly installed and removed. We only use reputable materials, rely on knife-less tape whenever possible, and follow manufacturer guidelines to help minimize risk.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes, we operate year-round, but winter installations require access to a suitable garage. If you’re unsure whether your space will work, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to discuss your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept cash or e-transfers. Card POS system coming soon.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — for accent jobs like chrome deletes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your spot. For full vehicle wraps, a deposit covering the cost of materials is required to secure your appointment. All deposits go toward the total project cost. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours for small jobs, and non-refundable for large job deposits.
do you do PPF and Tint?
We are currently not offering PPF and tint services.
Do you offer full colour change wraps?
Yes! We can do full color change wraps, though they’re only possible when your vehicle and space meet the requirements for mobile installation — contact us to see if your project is a good fit.
Do you offer a warrenty?
Yes — we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all installations. If any bubbling, lifting, or installation issues occur within the first year, we’ll come and fix it. This warranty covers installation-related issues only and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, rock chips, or misuse.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
No prep is required, however we recommend washing your vehicle beforehand to remove dirt and debris. If the car isn’t clean, we'll need to spend extra time prepping, which may result in an additional cleaning fee in some cases.
How should I care for my wrap after installation?
We recommend waiting 7–10 days before washing your vehicle to allow the vinyl to fully set. Avoid up-close pressure washing directly on the edges. If possible, store your car in a garage or shaded area to protect it from UV damage which can occur over extended periods of time. Using a mild, non-abrasive car wash soap and a soft microfiber cloth or sponge will help keep your wrap looking fresh.
Can you wrap with vinyl I bought online?
Vinyl purchased online can be inconsistent in quality, which can affect the final result. We use high-quality, trusted brands to ensure professional, long-lasting wraps. In some circumstances, it may be possible to use customer-supplied vinyl — please contact us with details to inquire about projects with supplied vinyl.
How do I remove my wrap if needed?
We offer professional wrap removals — contact us for pricing
Do you have a shop I can take my car to instead?
We operate as a mobile wrap service, bringing shop-quality installs directly to you. Occasionally, we may be able to rent a bay for full wraps, but this is limited — please contact us if you’d like to discuss options for your project.
